Individual Medley or IM = Equal Distances of Fly-Back-Breast-Free

Decend = Each swim of the set is faster than the previous

Areobic = Keep heart rate between 120-140

RI = Rest Interval or rest between repeats

Flags Walls Flags = Into and out of the turn

Swim IM backwards = Reverse IM order Free-Breast-Back-Fly
